We understand that planning ahead is critical for schools. The information below outlines fees for VET in Schools (VETiS) programs
delivered by Blueprint Career Development, pending the confirmation of SAS Career Ready funding from 2026 onwards.

Please note: Final pricing for Career Ready funded students will be confirmed once funding details are released by the Department of Employment, Training and Education (DETE). In the meantime, programs are available on a fee-for-service basis via a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Blueprint Career Development partners with schools to deliver engaging, compliant, and job-ready VETiS programs that align with the real-world needs of students and industry. Our pricing reflects the comprehensive support and quality of service we provide.

Minimum group sizes apply (5 or more students) to ensure viable delivery and meaningful learning experiences.


What’s Included in Your Program Fee

When you partner with Blueprint, we take care of the heavy lifting so your teachers can focus on what they do best — teaching.

✔️ We handle all assessment marking Your staff deliver the training, and we take care of the rest.
✔️ No compliance burden on your school We manage all student records, audits, and government reporting.
✔️ Student progress tracking and reporting With term-based progress reports and alerts for students at risk.
✔️ Simulated workplace access Blueys Café, GreenThumbs and Sport Stars environments aligned to industry.
✔️ We can invoice students directly No bad debts, no chasing payments, no admin burden on your school.
✔️ No TAE or RTO PD required for school staff As per the RTO Standards 2025, teachers do not need to hold a TAE qualification or complete RTO-specific professional development programs when Blueprint delivers the training. Staff supporting delivery must have relevant industry experience, but all training and assessment is carried out by Blueprint’s qualified trainers with current industry currency.

In addition to our student qualifications, we offer tailored TAE training programs for teachers, providing them with the skills and qualifications they need to excel in delivering VET in Schools programs. Our offerings include:

All courses are designed specifically for school settings, with a minimum group size of five students. Training is delivered by school staff, while Blueprint Career Development manages all assessments, marking, and compliance, providing a supportive and streamlined learning experience.

SIT20322 Certificate II in Hospitality $500 per student Fee-for-service delivery only. This rate applies under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with schools. It is not linked to SAS funding. SAS funding is subject to DETE approval. Further information will be provided once funding outcomes are confirmed.

Hospitality students gain hands-on experience using Blueys Café, Blueprint’s fully simulated business environment. It includes:

  • WHS practices and operational checklists
  • Realistic industry scenarios and documentation

This environment supports the development of job-ready skills aligned to hospitality industry standards.

All courses are designed specifically for school settings, with a minimum group size of five students. Training is delivered by school staff, while Blueprint Career Development manages all assessments, marking, and compliance, providing a supportive and streamlined learning experience.

BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills $550 per student Equips students with foundational business and workplace skills, preparing them for roles in administration, customer service, and retail. Delivered over 6–12 months.
BSB30120 Certificate III in Business $750 per student Comprehensive business qualification delivered over 12–24 months. Ideal for students aiming to develop versatile, job-ready skills across a range of industries.

About TrueBlueHQ:
Business students gain hands-on experience using TrueBlue HQ, Blueprint’s fully simulated business environment. It includes:

  • Workplace policies and procedures
  • WHS practices and operational checklists
  • Realistic industry scenarios and documentation

This environment supports the development of job-ready skills aligned to industry standards.

All courses are designed specifically for school settings, with a minimum group size of five students. Training is delivered by school staff, while Blueprint Career Development manages all assessments, marking, and compliance, providing a supportive and streamlined learning experience.

CHC14015 Certificate I Active Volunteering $350 per student Introductory course focused on communication, teamwork, and confidence. Delivered over 6–12 months and includes a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer work.
CHC24015 Certificate II in Active Volunteering $375 per student Provides real-world volunteering experience with increased responsibility. Includes a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer work and is delivered over 12 months.

About Greenthumbs:
Volunteering students gain hands-on experience using Greenthumbs, Blueprint’s fully simulated business environment. It includes:

  • Workplace policies and procedures
  • WHS practices and operational checklists
  • Realistic industry scenarios and documentation

This environment supports the development of job-ready skills aligned to industry standards.

All courses are designed specifically for school settings, with a minimum group size of five students. Training is delivered by school staff, while Blueprint Career Development manages all assessments, marking, and compliance, providing a supportive and streamlined learning experience.

SIS10122 Certificate I in Sport and Recreation $375 per student Introductory course contextualised for students with additional learning needs. No work placement required. Delivered over 6 to 18 months.
SIS20321 Certificate II in Sport Coaching $375 per student

Designed for high school students, this qualification equips learners with essential coaching skills to lead pre-planned sports sessions. 

Delivered over 12–24 months, it includes 10 hours of community sport coaching. 

SIS30521 Certificate III in Sport Coaching $1,000 per student

Ideal for senior students aiming for intermediate-level coaching roles, this program combines classroom instruction with practical coaching experience.

Delivered over 12–24 months, it includes 10 hours of community sport coaching. 

About Sport Stars:
Sports Coaching students gain hands-on experience using Sport Stars, Blueprint’s fully simulated business environment. It includes:

  • Workplace policies and procedures
  • WHS practices and operational checklists
  • Realistic industry scenarios and documentation

This environment supports the development of job-ready skills aligned to industry standards.

Flexible, school-friendly delivery with online access and assessor support. Includes 1-day practical face-to-face training by one of our experienced trainers. A minimum course fee of $1,000 applies, regardless of student numbers. Ideal for senior students preparing for work in hospitality, sports coaching and volunteering. Students will need to be enrolled 30 days prior to the face-to-face training and have completed all of the online theory components.

These micro-credential options offers flexible, school-friendly delivery with online access and assessor support. Includes 1-day practical face-to-face training per unit by one of our experienced trainers. A minimum course fee applies (covers up to 10 students), with a per-student fee for additional enrolments. Ideal for senior students preparing for work. Students will need to be enrolled 30 days prior to the face-to-face training and have completed all of the online theory components.
