Rachael has a wicked sense of humour and an extraordinary background in hospitality from operational to management roles. She relishes imparting her 30+ years of experience to spongy, absorbent minds – both old and young.  After holding a range of positions with Blueprint, Rachael is a now a Senior Trainer and Assessor. She also plays with our social media from time to time despite taking the worst selfies we have ever seen.
