Amelia is a 25 year hospitality veteran having worked in cafes, restaurants, an ice-creamery and five star hotels and resorts in Brisbane, Whitsunday Islands, Hunter Valley and the Gold Coast.  After 8 years, she's also earned her stripes as a VET professional.

In her leisure time, Amelia likes to explore the local area with her family.  Beach visits, swimming, fishing, cooking, arts and crafts, and lego are favourites for her daughter and dog.
