Oli has 15 years experience as a chef working locally and abroad. He is keen to share his skills and flair with avid young learners who are interested in making hospitality a career. 

When he's not slaving over a hot stove of culinary magic, Oli hacks away on the golf course or heads out to the bush - camping, swimming and fishing with his kids.
