We are thrilled to introduce Jess, our new Empowerment Coach for our one-of-a-kind Certificate III in Personal Empowerment course. Jess will be delivering our next course starting on August 8 – the first course since we have become an Approved Executive Training Provider with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM)!

With an insatiable curiosity and a deep passion for personal development, Jess brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to Blueprint Career Development.

After 13 years as a dedicated police officer, Jess's journey led her to explore personal growth and transformation. She has travelled to sacred sites worldwide, gaining insights and inspiration that she now shares with her students. As a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Jess is equipped with the skills to guide and empower individuals on their personal development journeys.

Outside the classroom, Jess enjoys bushwalks, reading fantasy novels, and spending quality time colouring with her two children. Her latest fascination is playing crystal sound bowls, adding a touch of serenity and harmony to her daily life.
