The next generation of emerging hospitality talent will benefit from Ashleigh's 15 years' experience as a chef and 5 years as a trainer in commercial cookery and hospitality. Ashleigh champions the paddock-to-plate philosophy and works closely with some of the region’s finest local producers.
Outside the kitchen and classroom, Ashleigh is a proud mum of twin boys, and can be found exploring weekend markets, going on bushwalks and keeping active with her family.
